This miniseries from Australia is excellent, extremely watchable. With just four episodes, the storylines aren’t stretched out thin. The script and dialogue is realistic and people pretty much stay in character while a few still show some growth. The five characters who were the shooting victims seem to be given short shrift in character development, even for flashbacks. The plot over the four episodes has a few twists but is believable taken as a while. If you have a real aversion to on-screen violence, there is a certain scene they run multiple times for effect, but I wouldn’t characterize it as gory or anything. I don’t see myself as wanting to watch Scrublands again, but it was worth my time the go go round.

Season 1 quite alright 6/10. Season 2 less so and with aggressive woke crap on top, 4/10. Overall 5/10.
